The Journey Outline
The journey is laid out in a specific order at a steady pace so that you can focus on one aspect at a time, allowing the lessons to sink in without having to rush or feel lost about where to go and what to do. This outline details the milestones of progress along the way and the benefits you’ll experience at each of them.
Day 0 – You arrive at Crystal Harbor, where you get a lay of the land and prepare for the journey that lies ahead. You are beyond excited to be here, to be given a fresh start and to lock in this ‘fitness thing’ for good.
Week 2 – By reactivating the Tabula Rasa within the Sorcerer’s Sanctum, you have completely changed your perception of what you think is possible, and what you believe you can achieve. You have unlocked the conviction in yourself to carry you through the rest of this journey.
Week 4 – After passing the tests at the Warrior Training Grounds, you are now gym- and fitness-confident, because you have learned how to train properly and effectively, with intensity. With your mind unlocked, and being put to the test at the Grounds, you realize you have much more strength in you than you thought.
Week 6 – BOSS BATTLE: To defeat the behemoth Egoroh in the Atlas Trials, you must learn valuable lessons from masters of strength and combat. Learn how to set yourself up for long term success with strength training and avoid common pitfalls of chasing external outcomes (weight on the bar, reps by any means necessary) at the expense of quality inputs (technique, range of motion, control).
Week 8 – After meditating in frigid solitude atop Snowspire Summit, you have strengthened your link between mind, body and spirit. You have honed in your ability to exist in the present moment.
Week 10 – By utilizing the teachings within the Gastronomer’s Hall and recipes from the Royal Kitchen, The Council of Gastronomers has approved of your Gastronomer’s Scroll – your self-designed nutrition strategy to fuel your training and adventures. Through completing this task, you have developed the skills and confidence to be able to modify and troubleshoot your plan when needed – for life.
Week 12 – FINAL BOSS BATTLE: A terrible, ancient evil brews deep within the Ruins of Sophosterion. Do you have what it takes to vanquish the wickedness that lies within – and become the savior of Vyrimar?

FAQ
⏳ How much time will I need to invest on a weekly basis?
On average, ~45 minutes per workout, 3 workouts per week. Depending on your program selection and your experience/strength level with lifting, the exact amount of time per session could be longer or shorter than this average.
Minimal time investment is needed to complete Quests and other in-game actions; 1-2 hours per week, spread out however you like, should more than suffice.
🏋️ What kind of workout equipment do I need?
To get the most out of your transformation, you’ll need access to strength training equipment, via one of the following:
- Gym Membership
- Community Fitness Center (i.e. apartment complex fitness center)
- At Home (minimum of dumbbells required, ideally multiple sets or adjustable)
🧭 What if I fall behind and miss a quest or workout?
This is your adventure. Life happens. You might miss a workout here or there. Maybe you’re able to make it up next week; maybe you’re not.
Instead of thinking you are now ‘behind’ a workout… Think about how many workouts ahead you are, of the alternate universe version of you that never got started.
You can mess up; you can miss a workout. But I prohibit you from giving up.
The pacing of the Quests in the game is set up so that you can go through them at a very comfortable, steady pace. Aim for a steady pace, and know that if you start to slip behind pace on quests, you can easily catch yourself back up.
📬 Is there support if I get stuck or have questions?
Yes – it looks a little different depending on which Path you choose:
Hero’s Journey (1:1) comes with one-on-one support. We use a blend of text-based communication directly within Notion (where the program is contained), as well as text message for general questions or if a faster response is needed. We can also do phone or zoom calls on an as-needed basis (or when we just feel like catching up).
No weird 48-72 hour response windows, or ‘I don’t check messages on the weekend’ crap.
Mass Raids (Group) support comes in the form of a private Raid members only Discord. This is a temporary group for each specific raid that is run, which closes at the end of the raid. I collect questions for Q&A, and you can submit form checks directly in the group.
Solo Self-Found: while this is the most ‘lone-wolf’ version of the program, you will also get 3 months of Strong Gamers Guild Membership included with your purchase. This is our permanent Discord server to provide community and support to all guild members.
🍉 How does nutrition work in the program?
You’ll be provided a customized nutrition strategy based on what you provide in your introductory Quests upon arriving in Crystal Harbor. This is your base.
Later on in the program, you will learn how to create and modify your own nutrition plan – a skill that will serve you for the rest of your life.
The nutrition system is flexible – we don’t create a rigid meal plan that isn’t realistic in the real world. We are focused on nourishing the body, fueling your workouts & recovery and keeping you energized.
Even if weight loss is the ultimate goal, we need to go about it the right way – focusing on a huge calorie deficit right off the bat usually isn’t the way to go. If you’ve struggled with weight loss, we likely need to do some ‘metabolic repair’ – a combination of fixing carb and protein intake, increasing activity level, and adding some lean muscle, while taking in a reasonable amount of calories.
You’ll almost certainly lose some body fat without even focusing on it. And, you’ll be in a much stronger position for a targeted fat loss phase when the time comes.
You will learn the fundamentals of nutrition and how to create your own nutrition plan within The Gastronomer’s Hall.
You will have access to over 100 nutritious recipes ranging from minimal prep to ‘fancy’ meals for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, all located within The Royal Kitchen.
🎮 I’m not a hardcore gamer. Can I still join?
Absolutely – while the program is designed as an interactive game, made for people who enjoy video games and/or tabletop games, it doesn’t mean you need to be a pro/hardcore gamer to do this program. If you’re not into video games at all, and you don’t dig the medieval fantasy vibe… Then this probably isn’t the program for you.

The New Recruit: I’ve never lifted weights before – is this beginner-friendly?
This program is beginner friendly – no prior exercise experience required. The program scales with you as you get stronger and more capable. Exercise demonstrations are included and regular form checks via video footage are part of the program and welcomed.
The Returning Warrior: I used to lift, but I’ve fallen off… Am I too far behind?
On the contrary, friend – you will bounce back more quickly than you could imagine – especially when you align everything (proper training, nutrition and mental fitness) at the same time.
The Veteran: I already lift weights – will this program benefit me?
