The Strong Gamer Program
What is the Strong Gamer Program?
-
Step into the world of Vyrimar and begin your journey in the coastal village of Crystal Harbor.
Level up your Avatar and progress through the story by completing Lessons and Quests that aid you in your fitness transformation, all while completing the workouts in your training program to earn additional Avatar XP.
Your IRL progress and your progress within the game world are tied together.
An ancient evil stirs within the Ruins of Sophosterion… do you have what it takes to become the savior of Vyrimar?
-
How it works
Onboarding
On signup, you will immediately begin the onboarding process - even if the cohort you signed up for is still a ways out.
✅ You’ll receive an email with a link to the intake form
✅ Schedule your Welcome Call
✅ Receive an invite link to the Strong Gamers Guild discord server, where you can begin using the guild services and resources immediately.
Create Your Avatar
Your Avatar is an extension of yourself - the version of you that exists in Vyrimar. They embody the traits that you strive for, and the current strengths you already have. When you are struggling, ask yourself ‘what would my Avatar do?’
Your Avatar is created by a (human) professional artist. Your imagination is the limit. You’ll come up with your Avatar description and design in onboarding, and we pass this on to the artist and collaborate to bring your vision to life.
Then, on your cohort start date…

Richard S. / Crusader of Sacrifice
-
![Thessara Vaelstone Avatar Design]()
"Gaining XP level up with actual progress has been super motivating in keeping me going. It is hard to beat the excitement for seeing my level go up like I'm a Pokémon trying to evolve."

![Zenara Val Iridian]()
"I love the quests, making a game of real incremental changes that aren't overwhelming. The sense of community was unexpected and definitely a perk."
Cindy B. / Zenara Val Iridian

![Alaric Emberthorn Avatar Design]()
"I'm surprised by The willingness to help and adjust when needed. My last trainer was very inflexible. The support is exactly what I need right now. The community jumping in to lift each other up and share tips and encouragement has been great."
Charles H. / Alaric Emberthorn

![Mortimer Root, Baron of Bleats]()
"Shane's support has been amazing. Outside of gymnastics, I have never had a one-on-one trainer/coach that is able to take the time to really dissect the technique of an exercise, assess my form, or design a workout with my physical limitations in mind. Combine that with the community support and the fun of moving my amazing avatar through the game environment...I am so excited to workout."
Beth D. / Mortimer Root, Baron of Bleats
“It took something nerdy to get me going back to the gym - and since then I’ve been able to hike in places that I would not have been able to hike before… I feel more confident in my skin, I feel more confident at the gym… If you have half as much fun and half as much benefits as I have, you will be glad that you did it.”
- Cristal W. / Asmodaia Stormwalker
“This is the longest I’ve stuck with any program like this… I’m very happy with the decision to try this out. It was one of the best choices that I made… If you think it’ll help, go for it. If it doesn’t, at least then you know, but I think it’s worth a shot for anybody.”
- Daniel R. / Draziel

- Onboarding begins as soon as you purchase your seat. You'll get your Character Sheet (intake form), a link to book your Welcome Call and an invite to the SG Discord.
- Your avatar is included. A professionally illustrated character based on your Character Sheet, commissioned once your first payment clears. It's yours to keep.

- When the cohort ends, you will continue on as a Guild member for $69/month with the same support and access you had during the season. Month to month, cancel any time.
If you do not wish to continue after the cohort ends, be sure to opt out beforehand.
When seats are open, 1:1 coaching is available to members at $349/month; it's offered inside the Guild only. - Refunds: full refund any time before doors close, minus $50 for avatar artwork if it has already been commissioned, and minus an additional $50 if the onboarding meeting has already been completed. No refunds after doors close, because at that point you have taken a seat that someone else may have wanted.
