Your IRL progress and your progress within the game world are tied together.

We’ve created an intensive onboarding process to ensure your success in the program, and tailor it to your needs. Your training program is based on information you provide in your intake form and our 1 on 1 video onboarding meeting. By providing us with your goals, exercise history, injury history, and a video or photo tour of your gym or workout space, we can hand craft a program built specifically for you.
It’s more than just workouts - the information you provide in regards to nutrition, mindset and mental fitness will guide us in how we coach you and what aspects of the program we emphasize for you.
Your workouts, quest submissions, and (once unlocked) journal entries are manually reviewed. Feedback is provided and adjustments are made when necessary. -
Upon starting, you’ll receive an invite to the Strong Gamers Guild Discord server. Level up and nerd out alongside fellow gamers. Share recipes, Quest submissions, workout memes and even show off your creative hobbies.
In addition to asking your coach directly, you can ask questions related to the program and share bugs or issues you come across right in the Discord.
Share your wins and struggles - reach out for support when you need it, and do the same for others.

How it works
Onboarding
Through an intensive onboarding process, we will create a customized training program and approach based on your needs, experience level, workout location and equipment availability or lack thereof - no exercise equipment is required to begin this program.
Create Your Avatar
Your Avatar is an extension of yourself - the version of you that exists in Vyrimar. They embody the traits that you strive for, and the current strengths you already have. When you are struggling, ask yourself ‘what would my Avatar do?’
Your Avatar is created by a (human) professional artist. Your imagination is the limit. You’ll come up with your Avatar description and design in onboarding, and we pass this on to the artist and collaborate to bring your vision to life.

The black-and-white Avatar design is your first reward for beginning this journey. It is yours to keep. These avatar designs are done by (human) professional artists.
Objective: Defeat Skalos
Reward: Acrylic Keychain
Conquer the final Boss Encounter of the main campaign and earn an acrylic keychain, designed to match your Avatar. Designed by us using Hero Forge.
Objective: Reach Level 20
Reward: Full Color Avatar Design Upgrade
This is a monumental achievement in itself and will take close to a year for most, if not longer. Upon reaching level 20, we will have the artist upgrade your original Avatar design with full color - a symbol of the work you have done to improve your fitness and health.

PRICING STRUCTURE
* You may be eligible for the Strong Gamer Scholarship and have the enrollment fee waived - see below
- Upon enrollment, you will receive via email: 1) an intake form to fill out immediately, and 2) a link to schedule your onboarding meeting. Your intake form must be complete before your onboarding meeting.
- A professionally designed avatar, based on your ideas from the intake form, is included and is yours to keep.
- After the 13 week campaign, continue at $149/month for 1:1 coaching, or drop to Guild Member at $69/month. To keep a smooth and fair billing cycle (so that you’re not getting hit with the final program payment and your first month of renewal at roughly the same time), billing occurs at the end of the month of service provided. Your first 'post program' monthly payment will occur ~30 days after your final program payment.

A gym membership is not required - in fact, you can get started with zero equipment period. It is recommended to at least have a pair of dumbbells if working out at home, or be prepared to get some soon after starting - but we can design a zero-equipment program for you in the meantime.

If what you’ve read about the program on this page sounds fun and excites you, and you’re ready and willing to do the work to better yourself… You will fit in. We work with clients of all fitness levels, and you don’t need to be a full time streamer or esports competitor. If you’d consider yourself a gamer of any level, you are welcome here.

You will be contacted via email (from coachshanenichols@gmail.com) notifying you whether your application has been approved or denied. Please allow up to 1 week for a response.
To maximize your chances of being approved, please be as open, honest and detailed as possible in your application. -
You can continue on with the same level of support you had in the initial program at the same monthly rate of $149/month, as long as we have capacity for one-on-one coaching clients.
You can also stay on with ‘Guild Member’ status, retaining Discord membership, access to your training program, and access to all Strong Gamer program materials. You will no longer have monthly one on ones and your workout routine and quests will no longer be actively monitored or adjusted by a coach - but you can still reach out in the Discord to get feedback and ask any questions you may have. You’ll be shown how to make your own adjustments to your training program, swapping out exercises and so on.
Continued membership is month-to-month - no long term contract required. Cancel at any time.
To keep a smooth and fair billing cycle (so that you’re not getting hit with the final program payment and your first month of renewal at roughly the same time), billing occurs at the end of the month of service provided. Your first 'post program monthly payment' would occur ~30 days after your final program payment.
This means that if you cancel your membership, you will retain membership for the remainder of that billing cycle and will see one final charge, then your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will occur.
